At Trusted Media Brands, I redefined creative testing through rapid prototyping leading to operational efficiency while optimizing conversion rates. While at FIS, I established design systems to define, simplify and drive personalization.

Currently, at Milwaukee Tool, my contributions include establishing frameworks for user research management, pioneering digital scorecards to forecast user impact, and leading action research around AI to solve questions in key moments.
